Michelada

(Mexican beer cocktail)

juice of 1 lime

1 tbsp sea salt

1 tbsp tequila

330ml lager

Top with a dash of Worcestershire sauce and garnish with a slice of lime.

  1. Pour 1 tbsp sea salt onto a plate. Dip 4 long glasses into the juice of 6 limes, then into the salt, so you get a little salt rim around the top of the glass. Put some ice into each glass, then divide the lime juice between the glasses and top up with lager. Finish with a dash of Tabasco or Worcestershire sauce if you like.
