The celebration part is obvious......... New Year's Eve & Day provides us the chance to celebrate having made it through another 365 days, the unit of time by which we keep chronological score of our lives. Phew! Another year over, and here we still are! Time to raise our glasses and toast our survival.

Pour in 40ml of Double 8 Vodka ( 50% ABV )
3/4 fill with fresh orange juice
Drizzle over 40ml of Saliente
Garnish with a wedge of Orange, add a straw and sip away the day.

20ml Voyage Coconut Rum
20ml Southern Comfort
20ml Banana Liqueur
Orange juice
Pineapple juice
Splash of Cranberry juice
Serve in a tall glass with ice
Garnish with a wedge of Orange
